Infants & Toddler Care

Birth - 3 years. Each kit represents just a sample of what is developmentally appropriate in an infant or toddler classroom. For example, not all recommended categories of toys and materials are included, and there are no duplicates. There are also no "consumables." Children grow and change on a daily basis. They benefit from a broad range of toys, materials, and equipment that match their growing abilities and interests.

Birth - 3 years. These kits are filled with a variety of engaging materials specifically selected to meet the developmental needs of early learners while creating a literacy-rich environment. Three configurations available: Young Infants; Mobile Infants and Toddlers; Twos. Please note: components may change occasionally due to availability. We will only substitute developmentally appropriate items for the purpose for which they were intended.

25 - 36 months. This comprehensive kit contains a variety of learning materials that will engage young learners and offer growth and development in the areas of fine motor, blocks, gross motor, cognition, music, and dramatic play. Activity card(s) included.

This kit contains toys for eight types of experiences that support children's development and learning. This kit features a sampling of items designed to enhance the experiences of "Imitating and Pretending" and "Enjoying Stories and Books" for Mobile Infants and Toddlers. Kit includes (over 60 items): Toy Vehicles, Plush Toys, Purse, Shopping Cart, Baby Dolls with Doll Clothes, Board Books, and Puppets.

12 months & up. Mirrors are important tools that foster a young child's self-awareness, self-esteem, intellectual curiosity, and cognitive development. The Wall Mounted Infant Toddler Mirror Set provides an interesting reflective experience in any infant environment. Shatter-resistant acrylic mirrors in a variety of shapes can be easily removed from the mounted board for close-up exploration and changed view points. Soft foam construction make this safe enough for learning environments with babies and young children.

2 years & up. Introduce an element of comfort outside or in your classroom with this Cozy Calming Blue Chair and Supporting Ottoman for Leisure Activities. This durable vinyl seat is perfect for lounging and relaxing indoors and outdoors. The material is stain resistant, soft vinyl and cleans with soap and water. Encourage children to use this set for lounging or reading. Child safety zipper. Chair measures 23"W x 28"H x 23"D. Ottoman measures 20"W x 10"H x 16"D.

The Learning Accomplishment Profile -- Diagnostic (LAP™-D), Third Edition, Dual Language (English-Spanish) provides a systematic method for observing children functioning in the 30 to 72 month age range. This assessment is designed for children with typical and atypical development. The LAP™-D Kit contains a standardized set of the materials necessary to administer each item (except stairs and chairs).
