Return Merchandise Authorization

At Kaplan Early Learning Company, we guarantee the quality and workmanship of the products we sell and your complete satisfaction is our ultimate goal!

If you find it necessary to return an item, please submit a return merchandise authorization (RMA) request. This step will ensure that everything goes smoothly with your return. Unfortunately, we are not able to accept returns without an RMA number. A restocking fee may apply.

Requests for refunds in the form of original payment and requests for return credits are classified as pending until the merchandise is received and the quantity and condition are confirmed. If you have questions about the return authorization process, please contact our Total Customer Care Team.

Our Guarantee

Kaplan guarantees your complete satisfaction with every product you purchase from us. If you are not completely delighted with your purchase, contact us within 30 days to arrange for the return of any unused product, and we will gladly provide you with a full refund, credit or exchange.

Damaged Shipments

Examine your shipment carefully when it arrives! Please contact us within 15 days to report your receipt of any damaged items. We'll send a replacement right away and make arrangements for the return of the damaged items.

Defective Products

If a product purchased from Kaplan proves to be defective in normal use within one year of purchase, we will repair or replace the merchandise. Some products are also covered by extended manufacturer's warranties. Electronic items, including but not limited to computers, tablets, interactive tables, interactive whiteboards, printers, cameras, etc. are only covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
