2 years & up. This puzzle does more than let you place pieces in the right spot; placing puzzle pieces in the right spot activates the corresponding sound! Pieces have small knobs for easy removal and placement. Encourage the building of fine motor and language skills, as well as audio object recognition. Sound sensors are light activated; with pieces removed, expose sensors to light and then replace pieces to activate the sounds. Two AAA batteries required but are not included.
