Great product and they have partnered with a great supplier (Insect Lore) for the caterpillars. We were able to email our certificate (unlike other companies where you have to mail it) and our caterpillars came in just over a week. Our other classroom ordered the same day but used a different online order (not Kaplan) and their supplier (Clearwater Butterfly Company) is horrible. We are three weeks in after "mailing" the certificate and we still don't have caterpillars. We have emailed them and no response, yet.
