Birth - 36 months. A criterion-referenced instrument measuring development in 6 domains. E-LAP™ is appropriate for all children, including those with disabilities. This assessment is designed for children with typical and atypical development. Birth - 3 years. Each kit represents just a sample of what is developmentally appropriate in an infant or toddler classroom. For example, not all recommended categories of toys and materials are included, and there are no duplicates. There are also no "consumables." Children grow and change on a daily basis.
