I purchased several of these displays from the showroom floor at a discounted price. My center LOVES them. The children love seeing their photos displayed and the plexiglass keeps little hands from tearing the pictures off. Originally I only purchased displays for my infants and toddlers, but after hanging them and seeing how nice they look I already plan to purchase more for my preschoolers as well.

Poorly made, broken! Disappointed!

The Activity Display Center arrived broken at the corners. The wood joining the corners is less than 1/4 in thick and is all plywood, not solid wood. It broke out where the screw went through to join the two pieces. No glue in the joints. We had it repaired rather than return it for another poorly made one. Plexiglass is flimsy, and not secure. An inquisitive toddler can easily pull the plexiglass out. Not what we expected for quality, durability or function. Truly disappointed.

Display boards poor quality

The display boards arrived at our center broken. The boards were of very poor quality and workmanship and we ended up returning them as they were not useable and we would not order them again. When we opened the box and removed the item the corner of the boards were broken apart. We were looking forward to receiving the boards however we were very disappointed in the quality and construction of this item. We hope this is not a sign of the quality of future kaplan products.

The only detail I am not happy with is the plexiglass at the top seems awfully loose. I would like to see Kaplan have some sort of locking feature added to keep the plexiglass closer to the frame backing. This is however a very nice addition to my daycare playroom
