Careful this toy pinches!

My 6 month old really likes this toy but it has now hurt her twice; once pretty good. The wheel that spins up and down as you turn it has a hollow backside. When my lo tries to grab at it, her fonger gets pinched and wedged behind the wheel. It is so alluring of course she eants to try and make it move, however she really had her finger pinched this last time and panicked and ttied to pull herself out. Luckily she didn't break her finger attempting to get it out. Please note my lo is in the 80% for length and weight so its certainly plausible for other babies to get pinched as well. Please buy with caution.
