About This Product

3 years & up. These easy Spring Scissors are ideal for both young children who are developing motor skills, and adults with special needs. It simple to operate; simply squeeze the plastic loop to cut, and the blades will spring back open! These beginner-friendly scissors use a spring-assisted action to support the repetitive opening-and-closing motion required for cutting. The easy-to-use design reduces hand fatigue and allows children to focus on guiding the scissors along paper and simple cutting lines.

These Easy Spring Loop Scissors are ideal for adults with special needs or children who are developing motor skills. The stainless steel blades are attached to a plastic handle. The flexible plastic loop springs open after a cutting motion. Simply squeeze gently using the thumb and fingers or the fingers and palm of the hand.

Designed for right or left handed use. Set of 4

I bought these for a student who is autistic who didn’t know how to use scissors. Within a month later he loves cutting with these and is currently learning how to cut with regular scissors.
