With 26+ years of experience in early childhood education, special education, and program leadership, Nikki Bolte joins Kaplan with a passion for supporting educators, children, and their families. Her career includes serving as an infant and toddler educator, providing early intervention services for children with disabilities, working as an autism specialist in large school districts, and managing Montessori early learning centers. She brings expertise in early childhood education, language and literacy development, positive behavior support, Conscious Discipline®, curriculum implementation, and classroom setup.
Whether you're creating developmentally appropriate learning environments, strengthening inclusive practices, or looking for high-quality classroom resources that meet the diverse needs of young learners, Nikki is ready to partner with you. Drawing on her extensive classroom, leadership, and program management experience, she is committed to helping educators find practical solutions that promote meaningful learning and lasting success.
Nikki serves Kansas, Missouri, and Nebraska, including the cities of Kansas City, Overland Park, Olathe, Liberty, Lee's Summitt, St. Louis, Wichita, Omaha, and Lincoln
She lives in the Kansas City area with her three teenage children and their energetic black lab, Gus. Outside of work she spends her time practicing yoga, cheering on the KC Chiefs and Royals, enjoying sporting events with her children, and vacationing by the beach or lake.
