Territory Manager – Eastern and Gulf Coast Texas
Dwayne comes to Kaplan with a strong background in classroom instruction and sales and a vast professional skill set that includes curriculum development, consultative selling, and strategic business development.
As he begins his career at Kaplan, Dwayne is excited to promote Kaplan's belief that learning happens through play with both customers and prospective customers. Dwayne loves to help educators find the tools they need to enhance young children's learning experiences, and he is eager to continue this work as a Kaplan sales representative. Dwayne's favorite Kaplan products are the Loose Parts STEM kits because he believes that they truly exemplify the ideals of learning through exploration, imagination, play, and creativity.
Dwayne serves the territory of Deep East Texas, which is along the Gulf Coast and includes the cities of Houston, Corpus Christi, Lufkin, Beaumont, and Orange. Dwayne is a member of NAEYC, the Woodlands Green, and the Dads of Great Students Watch D.O.G.S. initiative.
Outside of work, Dwayne enjoys spending time with his family (including his three wonderful children), engaging in various outdoor activities, and writing young adult fiction and children's stories.
