With more than 30 years of experience in early care and education, Brooke Ricci joins Kaplan with an enthusiasm for helping educators, administrators, and early learning programs. Her career includes roles as a teacher assistant, head teacher, camp counselor, center director, and statewide professional development director. Most recently, she spent nearly 13 years with the Early Care & Learning Council, partnering with New York's Child Care Resource & Referral agencies to strengthen program quality through professional learning, curriculum development, and statewide initiatives. Brooke is experienced in leadership development, program management, early literacy, social-emotional learning, and helping early childhood programs build lasting quality.

She lives in New York with her husband of 20 years, their three children, and two cats. Outside of work, she enjoys painting, creating custom T-shirts, volunteering to paint sets at local high school theater productions, gathering for Sunday dinners with family, and cooking and baking for family and friends. Brooke believes that meaningful relationships, creativity, and lifelong learning are at the heart of both her personal life and her work with educators.
