Collaborative Coaching in the Connect4Learning® Classroom

In this session, Connect4Learning Coaches will become familiar with strategies for practice-based coaching and utilizing the Connect4Learning fidelity checklist in the classroom. Participants will gain an understanding of how to build trusting relationships with teachers and give supportive and constructive feedback. Coaches will develop a plan of action to guide teachers in setting goals and implementing Connect4Learning with fidelity.
