Walk-in Registrations
Walk-in registrations will be accepted only as space permits. We recommend that you contact our professional development department at 800-334-2014, ext. 3228 a minimum of one business day in advance to inquire about availability. In order to register on-site, you must bring a check or signed purchase order with you to the event.
Confirmation
All registration information must be provided and payment submitted before confirmation will be sent via email or fax. Each participant will receive confirmation of registration. If you are paying by purchase order, you must submit a signed copy of the purchase order via fax (336) 712-3243 or mail to guarantee your space and receive confirmation of your registration. Contact our professional development department at 800-334-2014, ext. 3228 with questions regarding the status of your registration.
Cancellation Policy
Full refunds of registration fees will be issued for cancellations received in writing via mail, fax or email five business days before the event start date. Cancellations received less than five business days prior to the start of the event will not be eligible for a refund or credit. Kaplan reserves the right to cancel any training within 21 days of the event with a full refund of the registration fee.
