Request for permission to reprint material from our proprietary publications should be addressed to:

Please be sure to include the following information in your request:

• The title, author(s), and page extent of the publication you wish to reprint.
• The purpose of the reprint (e.g.: training for the resource, etc.)
• If the material is being editorialized in any way, a copy of the final material as it will appear in you publication is required.
• Contact details for yourself/your organization, including your physical address, phone, fax and email address.

After receipt of this information, we will respectfully review the request and if accepted, will fax or mail a letter of permission to you for you to sign and return to us granting the specific permission.
