Shipping Policies

FAST Shipping and Delivery!

Most orders ship from our warehouse within 24 hours! Orders submitted after 12:00 PM (noon) ET and orders placed on weekends or holidays typically ship the next business day.

Please allow 3 to 6 business days for standard delivery. 2nd Day Air packages will arrive two full business days after shipment. Next Day Air packages will arrive one full business day after shipment. Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air and UPS deliveries are made Monday through Friday.

Recipients of orders that are shipped to countries outside of the U.S. are responsible for any import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country.

Orders shipping to PO Box or APO/FPO addresses and items designated for truck delivery are not eligible for Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air service. Next Day and 2nd Day deliveries are made Monday through Friday only.

‡ Truck Charges
All orders with a truck item will be charged at the truck rate. Please allow 4 to 8 business days for truck delivery. Orders designated for truck delivery are not eligible for expedited shipping (Next Day or 2nd Day Air) or for delivery to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Here's some important information you need to know if your order is shipping via truck:

  • Someone must be present to receive your shipment. The trucking company will not deliver the shipment without a signature.
  • Trucking companies usually call before attempting delivery. That's why we ask for your phone number when you place an order. We won't share it with anyone other than those responsible for handling your order.
  • Be prepared to help unload your order from the truck when it arrives. Although most drivers are really nice people, their union contracts often do not require them to help you unload the truck. If you think you will need help, arrange for it in advance.
  • The boxes may be a little beat up with they arrive. Don't be alarmed! Just because the carton is damaged, it doesn't mean that the product has been harmed. However, if it looks like any of the contents may be damaged, make a note of it on the delivery receipt before you sign it.
  • Count the boxes before you sign the delivery receipt. If any of the cartons are missing, make a note of it on the delivery receipt before you sign it.

PO Box & APO/FPO Addresses
The size and/or weight of some items may limit the shipping methods and destinations available. Items that are oversized or overweight may not be shipped to PO Box or APO/FPO addresses due to carrier restrictions. Should your order exceed weight and size standards, you will be asked to provide a street address in lieu of a PO Box. In lieu of an APO/FPO address, you will be asked to provide a Transportation Control Number (TCN), an address and telephone number for the U.S. Consolidation point (freight forwarder), and the receiving address at your destination (international duty station). If this information is unavailable, your order will be cancelled and your credit card will not be charged.

Drop Ship (Items Shipped from a Manufacturer)
If an item is identified in the availability field or in the product description as "Drop Ship," the product will ship directly from the manufacturer to your door. Please allow additional time (generally 2 to 6 weeks) for delivery. Items shipped directly from a manufacturer are not eligible for expedited shipping (Next Day or 2nd Day Air) or for delivery to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Shipping Charges (Outside US, Puerto Rico, and Canada)
For international orders, the variety of shipping methods available to your destination will be researched. When placing an order that will be shipped to a foreign address, please include a phone number at which you can be reached to receive a shipping quote. As soon as your approval is received, your order will be processed for shipment the next day. International shipments are not eligible for expedited (Next Day or 2nd Day Air) shipping. Recipients of orders that are shipped to countries outside of the U.S. are responsible for any import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country.
