Infants and toddlers need spaces that are designed to encourage active learning. These planned spaces provide a place where materials are grouped together around a specific idea to encourage exploration and manipulation. The materials included in this kit will capture infants and toddlers interest and provide meaningful ways to practice their developing abilities. Birth - 3 years. Each kit represents just a sample of what is developmentally appropriate in an infant or toddler classroom. For example, not all recommended categories of toys and materials are included, and there are no duplicates. There are also no "consumables." Children grow and change on a daily basis. They benefit from a broad range of toys, materials, and equipment that match their growing abilities and interests.

Birth - 3 years. These kits are filled with a variety of engaging materials specifically selected to meet the developmental needs of early learners while creating a literacy-rich environment. This kit contains toys for eight types of experiences that support children's development and learning. This kit features a sampling of items designed to enhance the experiences of "Imitating and Pretending" and "Enjoying Stories and Books" for Mobile Infants and Toddlers. Kit includes (over 60 items): Toy Vehicles, Plush Toys, Purse, Shopping Cart, Baby Dolls with Doll Clothes, Board Books, and Puppets.

The Wall Mounted Infant Toddler Mirror Set provides an interesting reflective experience in any infant environment. Shatter-resistant acrylic mirrors in a variety of shapes can be easily removed from the mounted board for close-up exploration and changed view points. Soft foam construction make this safe enough for learning environments with babies and young children.

8 months & up. An appropriately sized, soft climber encourages infants and toddlers to practice their budding balance and coordination skills in a safe, exploratory environment. Encourage children to crawl through and climb over the soft-sided, cushioned pieces of the Nesting Cottage Climber. Birth - 36 months. A criterion-referenced instrument measuring development in 6 domains. E-LAP™ is appropriate for all children, including those with disabilities. The instrument is excellent for Early Head Start Programs and effective for communicating and collaborating with parents about their children's progress. Includes scoring sheets appropriate for summarizing results 3 times each year. Kit includes materials necessary for assessing 20 children. Additional manuals and scoring books available.
