Early OnŽ Training and Technical Assistance, an Innovative Project of Clinton County RESA, is a system of personnel development. Funded by the Michigan Department of Education, EOT&TA provides Michigan's comprehensive system of personnel development mandated by Part C of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act.
