Belinda J. Hardin
Belinda J. Hardin is on faculty at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro in the Specialized Education Services department. Prior to this position, she was the Director of the Special Projects and Research Division at Chapel Hill Training Outreach Project, Inc. She has a Ph.D. in Early Childhood, Families, and Literacy from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Dr. Hardin has directed international, national, and local studies and projects related to inclusive early childhood services for children and families, and authored numerous publications. She is a former kindergarten and special education teacher with 25 years of experience in early childhood education.
