What is the Federal Identification Number (FEIN) and the CAGE Code for your company?

To access this information online, you must log in to My Kaplan with an authorized GSA username and password. To receive a My Kaplan GSA log in, simply complete our online request form. How do I view the contracted GSA and open market products you offer?

How should I request a price quote?

What are your shipping policies?

Per GSA contract terms, orders over $100 qualify for free shipping via standard shipment methods within the continental United States. For details or information on shipping outside the continental United States, visit Shipping Policies.

Do you accept government credit cards? Will I receive an invoice if I pay for my order with one?

We accept all government-issued credit cards. Your credit card will be charged when your order ships and you will receive an invoice indicating payment via facsimile and regular mail.

Will I be charged tax on my order?

Purchases paid for by the US Government are exempt from state and local use tax.

How will I know that you have received my order?

If you place your order online, you will automatically receive confirmation via email. If you plan to mail or fax an order, please indicate your preference to receive confirmation on the order and you will be contacted as requested.

What happens if all of the products I order are not available?

Your order will ship based on product availability. If you cannot accept backorder merchandise, simply type "no backorders" in the Special Instructions box when you checkout online. Please note that products shipped directly from manufacturers are not classified as backordered items and may require 2-6 weeks for delivery.
